What is Meditation ?

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we shall be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we shall experience true happiness. By training in meditation we can gradually learn to stay peaceful all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

The benefits of meditation include:

  • Improved Concentration and focus
  • Reduced Stress, worry and anxiety
  • Increased confidence and self-esteem
  • Improved mental and physical well being

Meditation Circle

Come and pamper yourself with an hour of meditiation and relaxation. Every week we will start with a 20-30min guided meditation. In the second half of the session we will be tapping into the energies of the week, past sessions have included sonics, chakras, toning, song and Gongs.

No experience is necessary and all are welcome.

Mantra Circle

Do you like to chant, or would you like to chant?
Would you like to know more about Mantra and how you can utilise Mantra in your daily life to bring about peace, abundance, harmony and empowerment? Or do you already chant mantra and would like to join your voice with other like minded individuals?

We will be exploring the meanings of different mantras, pronunciation, technique and which mantras are most effective according to the situation.
